All 3 items below need to be completed in order to participate
1. PLAYER WAIVER FORM (for ALL players - parent signature required)
2. TEAM REGISTRATION FORM (6-8 players - only ONE form required per team)
3. TEAM PARTICIPATION FEE (only ONE payment required per team)

TIMES:
10:30am - Check-in
11:00am - Let the Dodgeball Fun begin!
Raffle Prizes throughout the day!
Announcements of Awards and Prizes after the Championship Round!
LOCATION:
WVHS Main Gym & Fieldhouse
COST:
$15 per player ($90-$120 per team)
$5 Spectator Admission (come watch the fun!)
Concessions will be open!
Warrior Wearhouse will be open!
Raffle Prizes!
TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
Pool Play: Each team will begin the tournament by playing a set number of games against other teams in their pool. Each game can be a maximum of five minutes long. These games are used to determine seeding for bracket play.
Bracket Play: Pool play will be followed by single-elimination. Last team standing is crowned the CHAMPIONS!
