If you are unable to golf during the day, join us at Bolingbrook Golf Club for the evening portion of the event!
Enjoy a surf & turf dinner, bid on over a hundred baskets on display, and celebrate 50 years of WVHS with staff and friends! You can still be part of the action if you are not available that day - our online auction will be open a few days before the event and will close that night. Exclusive WV experiences like a reserved "Beat the Busses" parking spot, Lunch with Stipp, Premium golf packages, and much much more will be up for grabs...you don't want to miss it!

10:00am - Check-In Begins
11:00am - Box Lunch Available (donated by Chick-Fil-A)
12:00pm - Shotgun Start (Scramble)
2:30pm - Halfway House Snacks (donated by Maciano's Pizza)
5:00-5:30pm - Turn scorecards in after your foursome completes all 18 holes
*4:00-7:00pm - Kendra Scott Jewelry pop-up tent*
DINNER & AUCTION (5:00pm-9:00pm)
5:00pm - Auction Check-In Begins/Cash Bar/Preview Baskets
6:00-8:00pm - Contemporary Buffet (including Herb Roasted Salmon & Grilled Flank Steak)
7:00pm - Announcements of Golf Awards and Prizes
(Team Winners/Highest Score/Longest Drive/Closest to Pin/Split the Pot)
7:45pm - Raffles Close
8:00pm - Auction Closes
8:30pm - Check-Out
9:00pm - FIREWORKS!!!

$800 per 4-Some (or $200 per Golfer)

FORMAT:
4-Person Scramble
SCRAMBLE is played by teams of four players competing against other teams.
In this format, each team's players hit from the tee box, then the team members choose the best
of the four shots for the next shot. All team members then play the second shot from that location,
and again choose the best shot. Play continues in this manner until the hole is completed.
The team then records its score and maintains that format for all 18 holes.
